All applicant institutions must satisfy these regulatory pre-requisites prior to dossier submission.

Legal Entity & Registration

Registered as a Society, Trust, Private Limited Company, Sole Proprietorship, or Government establishment with active NTN.

Adequate Campus & Workshop Space

Minimum 20 sq.ft classroom space per trainee, dedicated practical workshop with proper ventilation, emergency exits, and backup power.

Qualified Instructional Faculty

Certified instructors possessing relevant DAE, B.Tech, BE, or NAVTTC Level 4/5 certifications in the applied trades.

Dedicated Bank Account (IBAN)

A designated 24-digit Pakistani IBAN account maintained in the name of the institution for official financial transparency.

Any Polytechnic Institute, Vocational Training Center (VTC/VTI), Technical College, Commercial Academy, or specialized trade training center operated by Government, Trust, Society, or Private enterprise in Balochistan is eligible to apply.

You receive a date notification on your dashboard and SMS/email. The inspector verifies physical infrastructure, safety equipment, lab apparatus, and faculty credentials on-site.
Q How can employers and students verify our accreditation?
Every accredited institution is issued an official certificate featuring a secure cryptographic QR code and listed on the B-TEVTA Public Directory. Anyone scanning the QR code or visiting the portal verify endpoint can view live government verification status.
